Role Overview

Remote Customer Service Jobs


As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, ensuring top-tier support, and leading a growing team of representatives. Initially, you will manage customer service operations independently, but as we scale, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team. Our existing team of three employees in the Philippines is eager to transition into customer service roles under the right leadership.

โ€ข Earn GBP ยฃ700-900 (ZAR 16,000-20,000) per month based on experience.

Key Responsibilities


โ€ข Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences โ€“ Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
โ€ข Problem-Solving & Resolution โ€“ Address customer inquiries and complaints swiftly and effectively.
โ€ข Optimize Processes โ€“ Continuously improve service protocols to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
โ€ข Collaborate Across Teams โ€“ Work closely with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to resolve complex issues.
โ€ข Data-Driven Decision Making โ€“ Analyze customer service performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
โ€ข Team Leadership & Training โ€“ Recruit, onboard, and train new customer service representatives as the team grows.

โ€ข Tech-Savvy โ€“ Prior experience in SaaS or software support is an advantage but not required.
โ€ข Reliable Equipment โ€“ A personal laptop and phone are necessary.
