What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on the EMEA region, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy. This role is all about connection—initiating meaningful conversations with potential clients, understanding their hiring challenges, and introducing them to the power of skills-based assessments.
This isn’t just cold-calling. You’ll use strategic outreach, personalized messaging, and smart prospecting to engage HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and company decision-makers across the EMEA market.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Running outbound campaigns to generate and qualify leads
• Reaching out to high-potential companies through emails, social media, and calls
• Educating prospects on the benefits of replacing outdated CV screening with smart, skill-based hiring
• Using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to qualify opportunities
• Collaborating closely with our Product Advisors and Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers
• Tracking outreach performance and optimizing based on data
• Refining our sales playbook by testing and iterating on strategies
• Working with a team of friendly, driven colleagues from around the world
