What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for helping users through the VeriFast platform. From account access issues to technical glitches, you’ll be handling inbound support tickets and delivering fast, friendly, and solution-oriented service.


We work in Zendesk, and you’ll be supporting users primarily through email and chat—though what really matters is how well you communicate and solve problems, not the channel you use.


Here’s a look at what your day might include:

Technical Support & Ticket Management
• Respond to incoming support tickets in Zendesk, ranging from login issues to feature bugs.

• Deliver accurate, step-by-step guidance via email and live chat to resolve problems quickly.

• Keep detailed and organized notes within Zendesk to track issue histories and resolutions.

• Escalate technical challenges when needed—but only after trying to solve them first.

Customer Experience & Troubleshooting
• Walk users through the verification journey and provide calm, clear solutions when issues arise.

• Translate complex processes or tech terms into language that anyone can understand.

• Think critically to identify patterns, suggesting areas where automation or improvements can make life easier for both users and the team.

Teamwork & Platform Improvement
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to share user feedback and recurring pain points.

• Provide insights that help shape a better user experience and inform product improvements.

• Stay current with feature updates, new tools, and internal workflows—your growth is part of our growth.

You’re probably someone who:

• Tech-savviness—you know how systems work and aren’t afraid to dig into details.
