We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, provincial SBIB offices, SBSA branches, and underwriters. Your primary responsibility will be to address and resolve queries related to Assurance products efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the bankโs professional image and upholding high service standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
โข Matric (Grade 12) qualification is required.
โข Regulatory Examination (RE 5) certification.
โข NQF Level 5 FAIS qualification.
Experience Requirements:
โข At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
โข A minimum of 2 years working in a call center or handling telephonic client interactions.
โข In-depth knowledge of at least one insurance product at the Insurance Consultant Level 1 standard.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Deliver prompt and professional assistance in resolving customer inquiries regarding Assurance products.
โข Act as a key point of contact for SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, and underwriters, ensuring smooth communication and support.
โข Enhance customer loyalty by providing an exceptional service experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
โข Uphold the organizationโs corporate image through professionalism and adherence to company guidelines.
