Position: Virtual Call Centre Agent
Salary: R20,000 per month
Location: Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM UK Time

About the Role

Looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity? We are hiring Virtual Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic remote team! Your main responsibility will be handling customer inquiries professionally over the phone. No previous experience is necessary as we provide full training. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain customer records and document call details.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on concerns.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn CRM systems (training provided).
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• No prior experience required—comprehensive training will be provide
