Our client, an Estate Agency in the UK, is seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter to join their team on a full-time basis. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and booking valuations by making outbound calls and handling incoming inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day to generate leads and book in valuations.
- Engage with potential clients in a friendly and professional manner to build rapport and establish trust.
- Handle incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and seamless appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
Requirements:
- Charismatic personality with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role, preferably within the property sector.
- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with prospective clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Neutral Accent
Hardware Requirements:
· Own computer or laptop – minimum i5 processor
· ADSL/Fibre line with a minimum if 100 mbps line
· Headphones for use with our VOIP system
· Antivirus installed
· UPS/Backup battery for load shedding is non negotiable
WORKING HOURS:
09:00 – 18:00 UK Time
