We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Executive Assistant with accounting skills to represent our international clients. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in handling administrative tasks and basic accounting functions remotely.

Responsibilities:

- Providing administrative support to the team, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing documents.
- Handling basic accounting functions such as bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Setting up and managing virtual meetings and webinars.
- Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during virtual meetings and webinars.
- Managing social media accounts and website updates.
- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing administrative support and basic accounting functions in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in technology, including but not limited to video conferencing platforms, social media, and document management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Packages

We offer 3 hourly packages to our clients (10, 20 or 40 hours per week). The compensation for each package for the successful candidate is listed below:

2 hours per day (Mon – Fri) – R6,000 per month
4 hours per day (Mon – Fri) – R12,000 per month
8 hours per day (Mon – Fri) – R24,000 per monthย
