Job Overview


As an Administrator at Sanlam, you will work under general supervision to provide essential clerical and administrative support to different functional departments. You will be responsible for handling data, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.


Key Responsibilities:


โ€ข Organizing, compiling, and arranging various types of data.
โ€ข Performing basic financial or operational calculations as needed.
โ€ข Accurately processing and coding documents.
โ€ข Maintaining well-organized records, databases, and filing systems.
โ€ข Ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining high levels of accuracy in documentation.

โ€ข Handling routine office duties and following established procedures to ensure efficiency.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


โ€ข A Grade 12 certificate (Matric) is mandatory.
โ€ข 1 to 2 years of related administrative experience in an office environment.
โ€ข Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical tasks.
โ€ข Familiarity with data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
