Right to Care is seeking qualified Data Capturers to join their team in the Tsantsabane and Gamagara regions of Northern Cape.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Post-matric certificate in computer literacy (including Excel) or equivalent practical experience
• Basic understanding of HIV/AIDS
• Proficiency in English
• At least one year of data capturing experience
• Experience working with Tier.Net for a minimum of one year
• Proven track record of contributing to programme outcomes in the Tsantsabane and Gamagara regions
• Familiarity with Northern Cape Department of Health (NDOH) procedures and standard operating protocols
• Must be a resident of Tsantsabane, Gamagara, or nearby areas
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input patient data related to HIV/TB services into electronic databases from paper records on a daily basis
• Ensure historical data is captured and maintained properly
• Generate and submit Data Verification Reports twice a month
• Engage in continuous professional growth and development
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and accountability in work performance
• Uphold patient confidentiality at all times
