We’re now hiring motivated professionals to join our growing team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This is a key sales role where you’ll help identify new business opportunities and drive the growth of our client base. What You’ll Be Doing:
Remote Job
• Actively prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media (especially LinkedIn), and industry research.
• Qualify inbound leads and convert them into scheduled meetings and demos with our Sales Account Executives.
• Collaborate closely with your assigned Account Executive to develop account strategies and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with potential clients about how RoadFlex solves pain points and brings measurable value.
• Use CRM tools to track outreach, leads, and engagement metrics.
• Meet and exceed individual targets for calls, conversions, and meetings set.
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:
• Have 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or B2B prospecting role.
• Are comfortable speaking with decision-makers, including at the executive level.
• Are a confident communicator with strong English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Have a proactive mindset—you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or reach out cold.
• Enjoy working independently, but thrive as part of a team that’s fast, collaborative, and fun.
• Have experience working remotely and are self-motivated to stay organized and focused.
• Bonus if you have experience in fleet management, telematics, or financial products.
