Minimum Requirements:
• ABET Level 4 Certificate (Grade 9)

• Basic gardening skills and knowledge of plant care

• Familiarity with garden tools and equipment maintenance

• Understanding of health and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general garden maintenance including watering, pruning, trimming, and mowing

• Weed removal and application of insecticides

• Soil preparation for flowers and trees

• Collect indigenous materials such as ant heaps, traditional grass ropes, and earth-based paints

• Demonstrate traditional plastering and mural painting

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of the village huts and surrounding areas

• Engage with tourists by showcasing traditional ways of living
