Our services include everything from Helpdesk and Building Maintenance to Financial Administration, ensuring that operations run smoothly, reliably, and professionally.
As a Call Centre Agent within TFS, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quick response times, accurate record-keeping, and consistent follow-throughโultimately creating a reliable and professional experience for everyone you interact with.

1. Helpdesk Operations and Customer Service
โข Promptly answer and log incoming calls from clients, ensuring that every request is recorded in line with Helpdesk procedures.
โข Ensure all calls are answered within three rings to reflect urgency and customer focus.
โข Capture accurate and comprehensive details on each work order within the Helpdesk system.
โข Assist clients in confirming venue bookings, parking allocations, and facilities use.
โข Deliver a consistent and empathetic customer experience across all interactions.
2. Job Tracking, Escalation & Communication
โข Provide regular feedback to clients on the progress of their service requests.
โข Liaise with internal departments to monitor job completion times.
โข Escalate tickets nearing the end of their turnaround time to relevant managers.
โข Maintain calm, professional communication even with difficult or irate clients, escalating only when necessary.
3. Information Management and Reporting
โข Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports as required by clients or senior management.
โข Ensure that Helpdesk documentation is recorded and stored securely and methodically.
โข Maintain comprehensive logs of all calls, activities, and feedback to support audit readiness and performance analysis.
4. Financial Administration (Standby Support)
โข Provide back-up support to the Financial Admin function, particularly in documenting and reconciling invoices, pass-through costs, and supplier records.
โข Help manage supplier relationships by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and correspondence.
โข File, scan, and share remittance advices with suppliers; resolve payment queries with urgency and accuracy.
5. Site and Safety Compliance
โข Perform duties in full compliance with Tseboโs SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality) Management System.
โข Identify and report safety hazards immediately to ensure the protection of clients and colleagues.
โข Ensure operational compliance with the PPP (Public-Private Partnership) Agreement, particularly Schedule 3 Part 2: Service Specifications.

Experience:

Technical Skills:

โข Bilingual communication skills, particularly in English and at least one South African language.
