Main Duties and Responsibilities

As an Office Aid, you will play a crucial support role by helping to keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring the office is clean and orderly at all times.

• Assisting with food service support when needed.

• Helping in the distribution and organization of office stock and supplies.

• Supporting messenger functions such as delivering documents within the building and to nearby offices.
