About the SARB Graduate Development Programme

SARB is looking for motivated and talented postgraduates to be part of its one-year Graduate Development Programme, which runs from February 2026 to January 2027. Successful candidates will be placed in different departments at the SARB Head Office, where they will gain valuable work experience and exposure to key projects.
Throughout the programme, interns will participate in various training sessions at the SARB Academy, focusing on central banking and essential professional skills. These sessions will cover topics such as public speaking, assertive communication, teamwork, impactful reporting, presentation skills, and professional etiquette to develop well-rounded professionals in the banking and financial sectors.
