The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Grants Administrator at the Khatous Local Office in the Ekurhuleni District, Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements:
– Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
– Essential computer literacy skills
Preferred Qualifications:
– Valid driverโs license
– Administrative or clerical experience
Key Responsibilities:
– Administer social grants at the local office level
– Deliver customer care services
– Screen and process social grant applications
– Conduct quality control on grant applications
– Assist with medical, beneficiary maintenance, and payment processing
Important Notes:
Candidates will undergo compulsory pre-employment screening, including qualification, reference, ITC, and criminal checks.
