What is a Trainee Call Centre Agent?

A Trainee Call Centre Agent is responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients over the phone, introducing them to Old Mutual’s financial products. Your role will be essential in helping clients secure their financial future while also ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively market Old Mutual’s financial products to both new and existing clients through outbound calls.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable financial solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage your time effectively to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• 6-12 months of outbound call centre sales or retail sales experience.
• Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
• Clean credit and criminal record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
