Job Purpose:
The selected candidates will support the RNC construction team in executing maintenance and construction projects efficiently. They will be responsible for assisting with various general worker tasks to ensure the smooth operation of site activities.
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience
• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 9
• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) will be considered
• Familiarity with construction site operations
• Understanding of tools, equipment, and materials used in the industry
• Must be physically and medically fit
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to differentiate and use appropriate tools and equipment for specific tasks
Key Responsibilities:
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required
• Assisting skilled workers with construction and maintenance duties
• Ensuring tools and equipment are used correctly and safely
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the worksite
• Following safety regulations and workplace guidelines
